Track and respond to homecare.co.uk enquiries alongside your other leads
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have:
Admin role access in Found
Login credentials for your homecare.co.uk portal
Contact details for your homecare.co.uk account manager — you'll need to request Member IDs (also called Setting IDs) from them
Estimated setup time: ~10 minutes
Part 1: Set up your webhook in homecare.co.uk
Log into your homecare.co.uk portal
Navigate to Control Panel > APIs & Integrations > Webhooks > Add Webhook Form
In the dropdown, keep the default "All" option selected — this applies the webhook to all your locations
Add this URL to the webhook URL field:
https://webhooks.foundcrm.care/home-care-co-ukAdd your email address in the contact email field
Toggle all enquiry type options to Yes
Submit the form — you will receive a secret (signing key). Copy this for use in Part 2
Contact your homecare.co.uk account manager to request a list of Member IDs (also called Setting IDs) for all your locations
If you have multiple brands or accounts on homecare.co.uk, repeat this process for each of them
Part 2: Configure the integration in Found
Step 1: Navigate to integrations
Log in to your Found account
Click on Settings in the sidebar
Select Integrations from the settings menu
Locate the homecare.co.uk card and click the Settings button
Step 2: Add your homecare.co.uk connection
You'll be directed to the Secrets tab
Click the Add connection button
Fill in the connection details:
Name: Enter a descriptive name for this connection
homecare.co.uk secret: Paste the secret key you received in Part 1
Submit the form to create the connection
Your connection will now appear in the table.
Note: You can add multiple connections if you manage several homecare.co.uk accounts or brands.
Step 3: Map your locations
After adding your connection, map your Found locations to their corresponding homecare.co.uk Member IDs:
Click on the Location Mappings tab
You'll see a table listing all your Found locations
For each location:
Click on the empty field (or existing ID) in the homecare.co.uk Member ID column
Enter the Member ID provided by your homecare.co.uk account manager for that location
Press Enter or click the checkmark to save
Repeat for all locations you want to receive enquiries for
Tip: Member IDs are also called Setting IDs. If you haven't received these yet, contact your homecare.co.uk account manager. To remove a mapping, click the Member ID, clear the field, and save.
Step 4: Verify your setup
Once you've completed the setup:
Check that your connections appear in the Secrets tab
Verify that all relevant locations have been mapped in the Location Mappings tab
Enquiries from homecare.co.uk will now automatically appear in your Found enquiries list, tagged with homecare.co.uk as the source.
