Overview
The carehome.co.uk integration allows your organisation to automatically receive enquiries from carehome.co.uk directly into your Found CRM system. When someone submits an enquiry through your carehome.co.uk listing, it will be automatically created as a new enquiry in Found with all the relevant details already populated.
What this integration does
Automatic enquiry creation: Enquiries from carehome.co.uk appear instantly in your CRM
Complete data transfer: All enquiry details (contact information, care requirements, funding type, etc.) are automatically captured
Location mapping: Enquiries are routed to the correct care home location in your system
Activity tracking: All enquiries are attributed to carehome.co.uk for accurate ROI tracking
Prerequisites
Before setting up the integration, ensure you have:
Admin role access in Found
Login credentials for your carehome.co.uk portal
Contact details for your carehome.co.uk account manager — you'll need to request Member IDs (also called Setting IDs) from them
Estimated setup time: ~10 minutes
Part 1: Set up your webhook in carehome.co.uk
Log into your carehome.co.uk portal
Navigate to Control Panel > APIs & Integrations > Webhooks > Add Webhook Form
In the dropdown, keep the default "All" option selected — this applies the webhook to all your locations
Add this URL to the webhook URL field:
https://webhooks.foundcrm.care/care-home-co-ukAdd your email address in the contact email field
Toggle all enquiry type options to Yes
Submit the form — you will receive a secret (signing key). Copy this for use in Part 2
Contact your carehome.co.uk account manager to request a list of Member IDs (also called Setting IDs) for all your locations
If you have multiple brands or accounts on carehome.co.uk, repeat this process for each of them
Part 2: Configure the integration in Found
Step 1: Navigate to integration settings
Log in to your Found account (you will need an Admin role)
Click on Settings in the left-hand navigation menu
Select Integrations from the settings menu
Find and click on carehome.co.uk in the list of available integrations
Step 2: Add your connection
The integration secret (also called a signing key or API key) is used to securely verify that enquiries are genuinely from carehome.co.uk.

Click the Add connection button
Fill in the form:
Name: Give this connection a memorable name (e.g., "Main Account")

Your secret is now encrypted and stored securely. If you have multiple carehome.co.uk brands or accounts, add a separate connection for each.

Location mappings tell Found which care home location should receive enquiries from each carehome.co.uk listing.
Navigate to the Location Mappings tab
For each of your care homes:
Click Add location mapping
Found location: Select the location from your Found account
carehome.co.uk Member ID: Enter the Member ID provided by your carehome.co.uk account manager (e.g., "10945")

Enquiries aren't appearing in Found

Enquiries are missing information
Some fields are optional on carehome.co.uk enquiry forms. If information is missing, the enquirer may not have provided it, or the field may not be required on that specific enquiry type. You can follow up with the enquirer to gather any missing details.
Enquiries going to wrong location
If enquiries are being routed to the wrong care home, verify your location mappings are correct and that the Member IDs match your carehome.co.uk listings. Ensure you don't have duplicate mappings for the same Member ID.

If a previously working integration stops:
Check webhook settings: Confirm the webhook is still active in your carehome.co.uk portal and all enquiry types are toggled to Yes
