Accessing your accountancy software template
Last updated: April 2, 2026
Overview
Found allows you to export your billing data in formats that are ready to import directly into your accountancy software. This feature is available as part of the Pro billing module and supports a number of third-party accounting providers
Before you can use accountancy-specific export templates, you first need to enable the relevant provider for your workspace. Once enabled, the provider's templates will become available whenever you export data from Found.
Exports are produced as CSV files, formatted to match the import requirements of the selected accounting software.
How to access accounting templates
Navigate to Settings in Found.
Select Exports from the settings menu.
Open Accounting templates.
You will see cards for each available provider
Use the toggle on the card to enable or disable a provider for your workspace.
You need the Manage exports permission to access this page and make changes.
What can be exported
Once a provider is enabled, its templates will be available when you export the following data types:
Data type | Description |
Invoices | Summary-level invoice data, one row per invoice |
Transactions | Detailed breakdown of each line on an invoice |

Each template produces a CSV file formatted specifically for import into the selected accounting software.
