Overview

Lottie connects you with high-intent care seekers through a transparent, pay-per-referral model. All revenue from secured packages is yours — Lottie only charges the initial referral fee.

Pricing for Home care enquiries

Care duration

Cost per referral (excl VAT)

Hourly & Overnight Care

£30

Live-in Care

£60

Live-in Care referrals are priced higher as they typically represent higher-value packages. Charges apply per qualified referral regardless of conversion outcome, unless the referral meets our dispute criteria.

What are the different referral types?

1. Shortlist Referrals: Care seekers are matched with up to 3 providers based on their requirements and your service criteria. If you're selected for their shortlist, you'll receive their full details instantly so you can reach out and begin the conversation.

2. Information Requests: The care seeker has viewed your Lottie profile and chosen to contact you directly. These carry higher intent than shortlist referrals as the care seeker has actively selected your service.

3. Phone Calls: Phone referrals are routed either through your tracked number or via our care experts. All calls are reviewed to verify intent, and you're only charged if the care seeker's intent is clear and the referral is qualified.

Frequently asked questions

Q: What's the difference between the pricing for Hourly/Overnight Care and Live-in Care? A: Live-in Care referrals are priced at £60 because they typically represent higher-value packages with greater revenue potential. Hourly and Overnight Care referrals are £30 each.

Q: Do I keep all the revenue from packages I secure? A: Yes, absolutely. All revenue from secured care packages is yours. Lottie only charges the initial referral fee – we don't take any commission from your ongoing care packages.

Q: What if a referral doesn't convert into a client? A: Charges apply per qualified referral regardless of outcome, as long as the referral meets our qualification standards. This referral-based model means you're only paying for genuine opportunities, not guaranteed conversions.

Q: How do I know if a referral is qualified? A: All referrals are qualified to ensure they meet your service criteria, have opted in to be contacted, and have verified their mobile number. You won't be charged for job seekers, duplicates, or incorrect enquiries.

Q: Can I dispute a referral if I believe it doesn't meet the criteria? A: Yes, if a referral doesn't meet our dispute criteria, you can dispute it. Qualifying disputes include job seekers, duplicates, spam enquiries, and referrals that don't meet qualification standards.

Q: What information do I receive with each referral? A: You'll receive comprehensive information about the care seeker, including their contact details, care requirements, location, preferred visit length, funding type, and any other relevant criteria they've specified.

Q: How are care seekers matched with providers for Shortlist Referrals? A: Care seekers are matched with up to 3 providers based on how well each provider's services align with their specific requirements. This ensures you're only included in shortlists where you're a strong match.

Q: What's the difference between Information Requests and Shortlist Referrals? A: Information Requests are direct enquiries where the care seeker has specifically chosen to contact you from your profile, showing higher intent. Shortlist Referrals are where you've been selected as one of up to 3 matched providers based on the care seeker's criteria.
