Connecting your home to Eliza Voice
Last updated: July 27, 2026
Eliza feature: This feature is available as part of the Eliza module only. If you'd like to upgrade your plan, please contact your account manager.
Overview
Eliza Voice is Found's AI call handling — it answers calls for a home and routes them or takes a message. A home has to be connected before any of that works, and connecting it isn't something you do yourself.
How it works
Contact your account manager and ask them to enable Eliza Voice for your desired location.
Found provisions the home with a phone number for Eliza to answer on, linked to your main forwarding number as the fallback.
Once connected, the home appears under Eliza > Voice locations, listed by home name and phone number.
Homes that haven't been connected yet simply won't appear in that list — there's nothing to configure until step 1 happens.
Note: Eliza Voice (phone calls) and Eliza Chat (the website widget) are separate products. A home can have either, both, or neither.
Rules and permissions
Your workspace needs Eliza call handling enabled to access the Eliza voice section.
Viewing and editing Voice locations requires the call transfers permission — ask your Found admin if the page isn't visible to you.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Can I connect a home myself, or does it have to go through Found? A: It has to go through your account manager. No permission level in Found can provision a home directly.
Q: Once a home is connected, is there a setup wizard to complete? A: No. The next step is configuring Named and category destinations, covered in the next article — but connection itself needs no further action from you.
Q: I have the call transfers permission but still can't see a home — why? A: The home hasn't been provisioned yet. Check with your account manager rather than your permissions.
Better? If so I'll carry this structure (numbered process + short callouts + lean FAQ) forward for the rest.
